All is Set for Worship Retreat School

Worship School Retreat In 2014 Minister Rose, a Worship Leader and an Elder of the AFMIM UK birthed a great plan to empower women in worship. Working with WAW Ministry (Women Arise in Worship), Rose came up with what we know today as the Worship Retreat School.

Speaking to Onward Christian Radio, Minister Rose explained the concept and purpose of the Worship Retreat School.

“Our vision is to reach out, empower and equip all women in the worship ministry across denominations. So that they can develop them into effective, skilful, anointed and mature worship ministers in order to build God-Centred, spiritual and vibrant worship teams. The Worship School focuses its teachings on spiritual, theological, practical and technical aspects of worship therefore, it is also open to all women with a desire to deepen their understanding of worship.”

Elaborating on the purpose and benefits of the Worship Retreat School Minister Rose said, [quote_box_center]

“The Worship School vision is not only for skills development and spiritual enrichment, it also provides an opportunity for worshippers to retreat from the pressures of ministry and just soak in the presence of the Lord. It is a wonderful opportunity to re-energise, re-dedicate and re-focus your ministry in a conducive environment where you can get the help and support you need. It also provides an opportunity to share experiences with other worshippers and to sit under the anointing of experienced Worship leaders and inspirational and dynamic speakers for impartation and wisdom.

It provides an apt platform to network and connect with other ministers as we share knowledge and experience and build the kingdom of God.”

Asked when and how this all started, Minister Rose pointed out that, “On its launch, we had an overwhelming response from worshippers across denominations nationwide, desperate and with a genuine hunger and desire to learn and develop their ministry.

Over 130 women of worship gathered together and received powerful and inspirational teachings from spirit filled international speakers and renowned worship leaders. The Holy Spirit took over the whole program and there was renewal and refreshment, lives were transformed through the Worship School. It became a birthing place and a launching ground for many women in the worship ministry and to date we are still receiving testimonies of what the Lord did at this retreat.”

A number of key speakers are lined up for this retreat which will not only teach and empower women but give them an opportunity to network with other believers and worshippers from across the denominational divide. Among the list of significant speakers will be President of the AFMIM UK Apostle Bernard and First lady Margaret Mberi.

Commenting on the speakers who will present at Worship Retreat School Minister Rose was full of praise for the line-up and she encouraged all women worshippers across the UK to come and partake of the great wealth of wisdom from this fine line-up.

“All our speakers include ordained pastors and renowned worship ministers who are spirit filled, dynamic teachers of the word of God. They have a genuine passion for worship and are able to impart wisdom and knowledge through several years of experience in ministry and in worship leading.

This power packed retreat will ignite a revival in the worship ministry right across the nation and it will bring forth vibrant worship ministers who are empowered and equipped for effective ministry. We are expectant of an even greater move of God and an outpouring of fresh oil upon all worshippers like never before at this gathering of worshippers this year.

We have attendees registering from as far Germany and right across the United Kingdom. This is a one of its kind worship event and it is our desire that all women of worship across denominations become part of this great vision and revival.”

The dates for this year’s Worship retreat school will be 4th December 2015 – 18:00 to 5th December 2015 – 17:00 at Yarnfield Park Training and Conference Centre, Yarnfield Park, Yarnfield, Staffordshire ST15 0NL.
